How do I confirm my order went through?

First, check your email for an order confirmation from us (customerservice@pediment.com). It may be in your spam folder, so be sure to check there as well.

Second, you can always look up your orders here. It will ask for the email address you ordered with, then send you a one-time passcode to access your order history.

If you don't have an order confirmation email from us and there are no orders when you look it up with your email address, it's likely your order did not go through. If you want us to check on our end, reach out to us and we will assist.
