When you order wall art, you are given a dropdown to select the size you want. Here are a few important things to keep in mind
The sizes listed are the size of the print. If you order the print only, the size listed is what you will receive. For example, a "16x24 inch" selection means the print will be 16 inches by 24 inches.
If you order a frame, the frame will add additional width/height to the print size. For smaller sizes, the frame will extend 0.875 inches on all sides. For larger sizes, the frame will extend 1.5 inches on all sides. For example, a "16x24 inch" selection means the print will be 16 inches by 24 inches, but the frame will extend 0.875 inches on all sides, so the final size will be 17.75 inches by 25.75 inches.
The image will extend to the edge of the frame. By default, there is no matting included.
The print will be shipped within the frame with mounting hardware on the back of the frame. In other words, framed art arrives ready to hang.
Some wall art product images showcase wall art in matted frames. These images are representative of customers ordering a print (only), and then getting the print custom framed and matted locally. We encourage customers to pursue this option for matting, as a local frame shop will be best suited to handle matting. That said, we can do a custom mat for you. Please contact us if you'd like a quote. Custom matting typically ads 30% to the order.
If you order a canvas, the sizes listed are the size of the finished canvas. The canvas stretched over a 1.5" deep frame.
