Can I track my order?

Tracking information is available for most orders, and orders containing multiple items may receive multiple shipment notifications with separate tracking information.

Available products should begin shipping within a few hours of your order. However, pre-order products won't begin shipping until after their estimated availability date.

Once an item in your order is scheduled to ship, you may receive an initial shipment notification email without tracking information. After the item has shipped and we have received tracking information, you will receive a shipping update email containing tracking information. This shipping update could take up to a few days from the time of the initial shipment notification email.
